Election ballots mailed.
Good afternoon Guild Members
The election ballots were mailed today, and you should receive them via USPS mail early next week. Voting period closes on November 7th and all ballots must be received at the PO Box by 5pm on the 7th.
Please follow the instructions on the ballot and a self-addressed postage paid envelope is included for your convenience to return them. The votes will be counted at the Guild Office on Thursday November 13th not Wednesday November 12th as stated on ballot.
The winners will be announced via Guild Bulletin.
