Ten exercises to relieve and prevent RSI

Here are the 10 exercises you can do at your desk that have been  recommended for many years by Anne Burke, R.N., long-time medical director of The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News.  Ms. Burke, now retired, continues to visit the papers several times a month to help workers with RSI concerns.
